Immigration Division to Resume Hearing

The Immigration Division will be resuming in-person hearings on September 14, 2020. 

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada will provide at least 30 days notice before proceeding with previously scheduled in-person hearing or scheduling a new in-person hearing.

Non-detained admissibility hearings will be in person or by videoconference. Detention reviews and detained admissibility hearings shall be by teleconference.
